Meet Lam Pham, the Pool’s Communications Coordinator

Lam Pham recently joined our team as Communications Coordinator for the CSD Pool at McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Inc. Born in Texas, Lam is an accomplished writer, and his experience lies in education and in marketing and communications for small businesses. Lam will be primarily responsible for contributing content to The Risk Management Review, as well as proofing and development of communications for the CSD Pool such as email, notifications, web content, and whitepapers.

Lam is also responsible for administration of our member services and training programs such as the Safety and Loss Prevention Grant Program, TargetSolutions, future workshops and webinars, and much more.

Lam earned his Bachelors of Arts in English at the University of California, Los Angeles. He then received his Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing at the University of Wyoming. He is a Pushcart Prize nominated author and his work has appeared in various publications. He was awarded an artist residency at the Shortgrass Steppe Research and Interpretation Center at Colorado State University.

Lam can be found on Google, much to his dismay. His interests include reading, challenging strangers to chess matches at local parks, long-boarding, tennis, and binge-watching Netflix. We are excited to have Lam on board because of both his enthusiasm and the skills and professionalism he adds to our team. Feel free to reach out to Lam here.
