Guns in the Workplace

Many Coloradans love their guns, but when it comes to guns and the workplace, it is important that everyone know the rules. The Colorado Constitution declares that all persons have certain inalienable rights, which include the right to defend their lives and liberties, and Section 13 of Article II protects the fundamental right of a person to keep and bear arms.

We are frequently asked, “How high should our liability limits be?” It’s a common question both for those of us in the Pool, and in the wider world of insurance. The answer is complicated, but we can sum it up easily by saying this: Your limit should be high enough to cover your assets should someone want to sue you for everything you’re worth.
