Cyber Assessments 101

March 20 @ 9:00 am - 9:30 am

Dave Chatfield from NetDiligence will cover what happens during a cyber risk assessment and what you can expect from having one completed.

Members of the McGriff / Colorado Special Districts Pool have access to valuable cyber risk prevention services through your partner NetDiligence. These services are provided in two key ways:

a. via QuietAudit® cyber risk assessments that incorporate a broad-based discussion with stakeholders among 10 key topic areas (e.g., encryption, disaster recovery, incident response) and/or completion of an external vulnerability scan, and

b. via CSD member access to the eRiskHub® cyber risk management portal (please see: https://eriskhub.com/csdpool)

Both of these services seek to bring greater functional awareness of current cyber risk mitigation best practices to your organization’s stakeholders and management representatives who have responsibility for IT and privacy data protection. Whether your organization’s primary goals in this area involve systems availability, protection of employee/client personally identifiable information (PII), compliance with credit/debit card regulations, assurances from third-party IT services providers, or proactive readiness in case of actual cyber compromise event, NetDiligence is eager to help guide your efforts toward achieving them.

The NetDiligence presentation will leave additional time at the end for your individual questions on their services and/or perspectives on current cyber exploit trends, such as the growing prevalence of ransomware and phishing attacks that can impact organizations of any size and type.
