The world is changing. Unemployment rates are dropping; good talent is tougher to find and the competitive landscape continues to be very daunting.

How can you improve the odds of finding, garnering interest and ultimately hiring great talent for your organization? What are some of the little to no cost ways of attracting and retaining talent? What should you be doing during the interview and after the interview process to assist you in making a great hire?

I2i Workforce has some tips, tools and suggestions to assist in your recruitment process. Our facilitator is Kathryn Barker who is a Sr. HR Business Partner with over 30 years of experience including all facets of Human Resources.

About the presenter: Kathryn “Kat” is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in providing strategic and tactical Human Resources expertise in small to medium businesses having worked with companies ranging in headcount from 50 to 5,000. She is a highly skilled HR Generalist with a focus on employee relations, compensation, management consulting, recruiting, and safety and risk management.
